Bug reports and technical issues — we aim to acknowledge these within 24 hours and follow up with a fix or update as soon as possible. If you can include your browser, operating system, and the wallet address you were trying to scan, it helps us reproduce the issue faster.

If you notice a discrepancy between what we show and what you see on Etherscan directly, please include the wallet address and a screenshot — that information helps us identify and fix data processing issues quickly.
